Our Policy    Pro-Hay, LLC guarantees its alfalfa cubes for a period of 30 days after shipment to be free from all defect. Pro-Hay, LLC further guarantees its alfalfa cubes to be free of mold for a period of 45 days after shipment. Pro-Hay, LLC must be contacted within this time period regarding any claim to be settled by credit to account or other method mutually agreed upon with the purchaser. Prior to settlement, Pro-Hay, LLC reserves the right to investigate the manner in which the product has been handled and stored during the period after shipment. Alfalfa cubes are a perishable feed and must be stored in a cool, dry location and at no time should they be stretch wrapped for storage.
